Platforms

Platforms we build on

WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, BigCommerce and Next.js: when each platform makes sense, what we build on it and what it costs.

How to choose a platform for your website or store

There is no best platform — only the one that fits your task, budget and team. We work with six of them and recommend the one that pays off for you, not the one that is easiest for us to sell.

Platform Best for Who handles the tech Main limitation
WordPress & WooCommerce Content and SEO-driven sites, stores with custom logic You or your developer Needs updates and maintenance
Shopify Stores selling in several countries The platform Subscription, paid apps, checkout rules
Webflow Design-led sites and content portals The platform No server-side logic, CMS limits
Squarespace Sites for experts, studios and small brands The platform Flexibility within templates
BigCommerce Large catalogues and B2B selling The platform Smaller ecosystem, plan tied to sales
Next.js Web platforms, dashboards, SaaS Developers Higher upfront cost

Three questions that decide it

  1. Who will look after the tech? If nobody, choose a hosted platform: Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace or BigCommerce.
  2. Do you have logic no off-the-shelf tool offers? Accounts, calculations, complex integrations point to WordPress or Next.js.
  3. What matters most: design, content or sales? Design — Webflow; content and SEO — WordPress; sales — Shopify, WooCommerce or BigCommerce.
