Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data the Clientlume website collects and what happens to it. The data controller is Clientlume; contact for data questions: gutlebet.stas@gmail.com.

What we receive

• Enquiry and audit forms: name, contact (phone, e-mail or Telegram), your website address, chosen service, budget and message — only what you entered yourself.
• Website problem reports (for our clients): project code, name, contact, page address, device type, description and a screenshot if you attach one. The screenshot is stored on our server without public access.
• Personal links in our e-mails: these links contain an identifier. If you open such a link, we record which pages of this site you viewed and when (no IP address, nothing shared with third parties) so that our follow-up is relevant. The identifier is kept in the cl_r cookie for 30 days. Write to us and we will delete these records.
• After an enquiry: with the enquiry we keep the page your visit started on and where you came from (search, another website, utm tags) to understand which pages are useful. After you send a form, an identifier is stored in the cl_r cookie for 30 days and we see which pages of this site you opened afterwards (no IP address, nothing shared with third parties) so our reply is about what interests you. Write to us and we will delete these records.
• Technical data: a hashed IP address, used only to protect the form from spam and kept for up to one hour.
• Analytics: if Google Analytics or Meta Pixel is enabled on the site, these services receive anonymised visit data under their own policies.

Why

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or audit, and continue the conversation about your project. Enquiry notifications reach us by e-mail and Telegram. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we discuss the project and no longer than 2 years after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent — write to gutlebet.stas@gmail.com. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
